Options Screen Before starting your game you will have to go through a few options screens. In this screen you can choose whether to play your activity with Mouse and Keyboard, with Wands, or by using our Virtual Wand (an on-screen Wand that mimics all of the functionality of the true hardware). You can also set how students choose questions, freely or top to bottom (100 to 500 points). Select wether students “Buzz-In” to respond or if the program will go sequentially between the teams, or randomly between teams. Choose if all multiple choice answers are displayed on the screen at once, or if you want the program to show them one at a time. You can also set a time-limit for the amount of time a team has to answer a question.

Advanced Options In advanced options you can set time limits for question and answer display. You can also specify the point-value-penalty for questions answered incorrectly.

We currently have a default token-set as well as an Animal Token-Set. Tokens provide interactive encouragement and entertainment throughout the activity. More Token Sets are in development.

Create your game by using the same easy question selection techniques as shown in the “Polling Activity” below.
Polling Activity

Polling Choices When creating a Poll you have the option of using existing questions (from our libraries or user-made) or activity bar questions.

Polling Options You will have the option to create an activity from scratch, open an existing activity, resume an in-progress poll or review a past poll.

Adding Questions You can easily add questions to your poll by browsing our subject classification tree, your state standard alignment (if available), or by using our handy search feature.

Adding Questions w/ Answer Pictures Select questions that use pictures as their answer choices. You can also add/use color images in any activity!

Roll Call At the beginning of the poll your students will “sign-in” by clicking any key on their remote. You can notice here, 2 students are not in-class and will not take part in the poll.

In Progress Poll Options By clicking the “?” mark button on the teacher remote you can access the poll options menu at any time. Here you can view a “Wand Key Guide”, hold an “Impromptu Poll” (where you can add a new question on-the-fly, verbally, or by showing a power-point slide or any other media) or sign-in a late student.

Late Student Sign-In By clicking the “?” mark button on the teacher remote you can re-access the Roll Call screen to sign-in late students. You can notice “Karen Jacobs - Remote 2” has now joined the Poll.

Poll Review At the end of your session you will have an on-screen review for your class. You can see what portion of your class answered correctly for each question as well as jump back to a question for further review. You can also view a bar graph displaying the results.
Activity Bar
Docked Activity Bar Sometimes you may want to use a variety of “out-sourced” questions. These may come in the form of simply asking a question to your class or displaying a photo, video, powerpoint slideshow, webpage, etc. If this is the case our handy “Activity Bar” will dock itself at the bottom of your screen and allow you to show your custom question while students can log their answers. Once a question is answered you will then input the correct answer and the scores will be recorded.

Activity Bar - With Website Display virtually any on-screen program to ask your question. Here we have taken a question off of a website to display to the class.

Activity Bar - Powerpoint Include your Powerpoint presentations in a class-wide poll. You can easily navigate through your slides by using your Teacher Remote, and your students can enter in their answer electronically VIA their remotes. You also have the ability to use standard powerpoint functions such as drawing and highlighting. Displayed here is a demo question we created in Powerpoint.

Activity Bar - Paint Program With a built-in painting/drawing program you can instantly create new or modify existing images and display them to your class while asking a question.
